Zara’s New Jeans Are Already Instagram Famous—And All My Stylish Friends Own A Pair

They've taken the fashion pack by storm.

Zara's jean selection is practically a gold mine, overflowing with the kind of effortlessly chic staples that slot seamlessly into any capsule wardrobe, whatever the season. Over the years, the high street retailer has released plenty of standout denim pieces that have skyrocketed to popularity overnight, before promptly selling out. Take the Marine Jeans, for example—a classic wide-leg staple that immediately dominated the fashion discourse, and months later, sold out completely after also being spotted on Kristen Bell in Nobody Wants This.

Fast-forward to 2025, and Zara’s Wide-Leg Jeans are the new It-piece. With their unique crossover asymmetric zip and button detail, they’ve taken over my feed—and my group chats. Crafted from classic cotton denim, these jeans are a wardrobe essential, available in four ultra-flattering washes: light blue, blue, navy blue, and grey (the latter of which is having a serious moment on social media).

For the current battle between icy mornings and rogue sunny afternoons, layer up with cosy knits, wool-blend coats, and sharp blazers. As temperatures rise, swap in structured blazers or that leather jacket moment (we’re still obsessed with this Lila Moss-approved Zara bomber). Add a Parisian-inspired satin scarf for that effortless, I-just-woke-up-like-this finish. Footwear? Take your pick—retro trainers for laid-back cool, Mary Jane ballet flats for polished charm, or heeled boots for an elevated edge.

Shop the other washes before they inevitably fly off the shelves, because if you know, you know: Zara’s best pieces never stick around for long.
