Everyone has a favourite pair of jeans, a fail-safe that you reach for when you want to look comfortable and cool. Some will be skinny, some will be straight, some blue, black, white, you name it. But what's the ultimate? The trending style with zero-effort energy that will stand the test of time in your wardrobe as well as looking on-point for the 'gram? That would have to be Weekday's Astro Loose Baggy Jeans.

According to the latest Lyst Index, the global search platform's quarterly report which ranks fashion’s hottest brands and products, Weekday's jeans are this quarter's eighth hottest product, making them the only pair to be featured in the top 10 (Diesel's denim maxi skirt did, however, take the number five spot). Not only have they sold out in multiple washes, but searches are three times higher than they are for the second most popular pair of loose-fitting jeans.

So what's so special about them? The price for a start. At £56, these baggy jeans won't make too big of a dent in your monthly budget. They're also the exact silhouette - loose on the leg, pooling at the hem - that everyone is going wild for on TikTok (#weekdayjeans has a whopping 344.1 million views on the video platform). At the moment, they're available in three shades of blue and one in black, while the men's version, also called Astro Loose Baggy Jeans, come in five and clock in at £50.

If you want to know how to wear them, just copy Hailey Bieber, who packed a very similar pair for last weekend's Coachella. She styled hers with the zero-effort outfit formula of a baby-tee-slash-strappy-top, a chunky belt and a minimal shoulder bag, which you could probably cobble together from what's already in your wardrobe. What more could you want?
