If you haven't yet realised, Nicole Kidman has emerged as the murder mystery poster girl, as of late. First came the bone-chilling drama The Undoing, followed by the Amazon Prime hit Expats, and now, the latest Netflix binge on everyone's lips; The Perfect Couple - and particularly The Perfect Couple outfits_._. The six-part series follows the story of a wealthy family preparing for a wedding before (spoiler alert) a body washes up on the beach. Gripping? Absolutely, but with a sartorially splendid cast to include Nicole Kidman, Eve Hewson, Meghann Fahy and Dakota Fanning, you'd be forgiven for being more preoccupied by The Perfect Couple outfits, than by the actual plot.

Nicole Kidman who plays the role of Greer Garrison Winbury, the highly-strung family matriarch, embodies the quiet luxury aesthetic excellently. Blending in with her Nantucket backdrop (think the Hamptons of Massachusetts) Kidman wears a heavy rotation of tie-neck silk blouses, linen trousers and floral dresses, giving the coastal grandmother trend a proper spin.
