All hail the midi, the most sophisticated dress trend for SS16. Back for another season, the midi dress is top of our wish-list when it comes to spring shopping (and the perfect way to ease your way into tights-free territory).
This season’s prettiest midis come in bold block colours, on-trend florals and in SS16’s pleats.
We’ve scoured the shops to scout out 10 of the best to see you through until summer. Toughen yours up with a distressed leather biker and black block-heeled ankle boots, or soften it for wedding season (have you seen our wedding guest dress edit?) with strappy heels and an embellished jacket. Just remember to keep layers short and make sure there’s a peep of skin between hemline and footwear.
