Maya Jama’s Love Island dress is Half Price – And The A-List Are Obsessed With This-Black Owned Brand

Whether you're tuning into Winter Love Island, or not, chances are you will have seen the star of the show: Maya Jama. The new host of the reality saga has made quite the entrance, and we're not surprised considering Maya has mastered the art of sexy dressing. Taking on the cut-out trend in every possible way – we've seen a black slashed dress by Lebanese designer Mônot, a red crochet mini and bralette co-ord by London-based brand Crolage and now the presenter has made her Love Island: Aftersun debut wearing a pink dress by Hanifa.

We love that Maya is wearing lesser-known labels for the show - carefully chosen by her stylist Rhea Francois - and how her loyal fans are eager to shop from smaller brands. The most recent dress is a ruched, off-the-shoulder style with a midriff cut-out and gold ring detail. Swoon. Ticking off so many trends in one, the maxi made by Congo-born designer, Anifa Mvuemba, has put floor-skimming dresses back on the map.
