It’s Lockdown 2.0 and with the weather no longer lifting our spirits, it’s time to seek joy elsewhere. The last year has given us an opportunity to rethink the very meaning of luxury, what with fine dining and far-flung holidays being put on hold. We've all had to find happiness in other places, whether that’s cosycashmere socks or a candle – or even a hand-written note from a friend.

With our home space now serving multiple purposes and colleagues getting an eyeful of your interiors over Zoom calls, there’s no wonder we’re all dressing our homes more than we’re dressing ourselves.

We’ve talked about tablescapes and with the festive season just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to purchase pieces that you’re not only going to enjoy using yourself, but also look forward to showing your guests - when we can get together again.

Although the novelty of WFH may have slightly dwindled, there are plenty of affordable buys to elevate your home office. From Oliver Bonas' velvet chair that beats any swivel chair we’ve seen to stationeryto get you excited about your to-do list.

Hopefully you’ve been given the opportunity to slow down a bit from a fast-paced lifestyle. With far-flung travel plans on hold, look to books to satisfy your wanderlust or find a moment of peace with noise-cancelling headphones.

It’s easy to transition back into a loungedrobe (velour, if you must) but being comfortable doesn’t have to cost on style. Instead, look to happy co-ords. Victoria Beckham just wore the most perfect example – it's loungewear you won’t feel bad about wearing all day long.
