It’s Not Yet Summer But This Ganni Dress Is Already An Influencer Favourite

It's not hard to see why it's proving to be a winner.

The #GanniGirls hashtag is always worth a browse if you're lacking in style inspo, a community of dressers that prioritise a playful fashion sense that, more often than not, involves a frock. From puff-sleeved gingham minis to tiger-print slips, the brand has well and truly cornered the market when it comes to dresses with a point of difference. For its latest, however, Ganni has gone for a slightly quieter style that, nonetheless, has turned heads on Instagram.

Violet Grace Atkinson took the dress in question for a spin way back in September, attending the brand's show as part of Paris Fashion Week - and it's the kind of do-it-all style that will go the distance in your wardrobe. Let me elaborate. Wear it with a boxy white tee and tan suede trainers for a daytime look that's equal parts casual and cool. For night, meanwhile, team it with an oversized blazer and strappy little heels to offset the voluminous bottom half.

As well as slotting easily into your weekly rotation, Ganni's strappy dress might be 'the one' if you're looking for a night-before or day-after-the-wedding-dress. Its traditional-with-a-twist silhouette will look dashing on the dance floor - extra points for the fact that its hemline grazes the ankle instead of the ground - while its eyelet-studded, empire-line waistband mean it's primed for a party.

Not into a big white dress? Fair enough. Ganni's already thought of that and made the exact same design in black duchesse nylon, putting a new spin on the LBD (in this case, long black dress).
