Everlane has always been a brand with a conscience. It works with the best, ethical factories around the world, sources the best materials and considers transparency to be absolutely crucial. No wonder Angelina Jolie and Meghan Markle are huge fans. So, it's no surprise that for Black Friday, Everlane is taking a more thoughtful approach and is offering its customers the chance to make a positive impact.

In a letter published on its website, Everlane said: '2020 has been a challenging year, to say the least. COVID-19 has affected all of our lives. And while both hope and vaccines are on the horizon, many are still facing hard realities. As a result of the pandemic, 50 million people may face hunger in the U.S. this year—including more than 17 million children.

'So for this year’s Black Friday Fund, we’re partnering with our friends at Feeding America®with the goal to help provide two million meals to people in need.

'We’re starting off by donating $100K, which gets us halfway to our goal. For every donation made Tuesday at feedingamerica.org/everlane, we’ll donate an additional $10, up to $50K. Then starting Friday through Sunday, we’ll donate $1 for every Everlane order placed.'

This means that we all have the opportunity to shop great quality, lovely clothes while also helping a brilliant cause. And if you're in any doubt as to how much difference you could make, it's worth noting that Everlane's Black Friday Fund – established in 2013 – has donated over $1 million dollars to causes all over the world thanks to the help of its shoppers.

So, without further ado, here are the very best things to shop on Everlane right now, which will become the foundations of your wardrobe for years to come.
