The Truth About Carrie Bradshaw’s Luxe Blanket – And Where To Get One For Yourself

It's the dream in January.

We've already pored over her shoes, her necklaces and her bags, but what about her blankets? In the fifth episode of And Just Like That, Carrie Bradshaw checked herself into hospital for hip surgery - and packed a hospital wardrobe costing more than £6,300. Part of said wardrobe was a cashmere wrap from Gabriela Hearst - rainbow-knitted and fringed - that is sadly sold out (but commanded a price tag of £1,950).

The shawl-slash-blanket also appears in episode six. Carrie's lounging on her futon, chatting to Anthony, and it's casually draped over her legs (let's face it, at four figures it's the ultimate comfort blanket there is).

That set up is pretty much the dream scenario in January, especially if your blanket is of the 'haute' variety like Carrie's. Labels to look out for are Begg x Co, which has the most beautiful patchwork blankets, Tekla, A.P.C. (its range of quilts is dreamy), and The Elder Statesman. On the high street, check out the snugly selections at Arket, H&M Home, Zara Home, and Anthropologie.
