Pippa Middleton’s Wimbledon Dress Is A Royal Masterclass In Re-Wearing Your Favourite Outfits

When the royal family steps out, all eyes are on them - and, of course, what they are wearing. Naturally, the internet works at the speed of light when it comes to identifying what labels they have nominated to step out in, and thanks to them being creatures of habit, more often than not, we see them donning a well-known roster of brands or even catch them re-wearing their favourite looks time and time again. The British label Beulah London is one such brand, having received the royal stamp of approval multiple times, most recently by Pippa Middleton, who joined her sister, the Princess of Wales, and her niece Charlotte for the final of Wimbledon in the royal box.

The hero of Middleton’s tournament get-up? Aptly on theme for the occasion, she chose a floral, tie-waist dress by Beulah London, in bright pinks on a white base. Eagle-eyed watchers quickly took note of the royal re-wear of the ankle-length dress. Her wardrobe choice for the day was a subtle nod to her brother, James Middleton, to whose wedding she previously wore the dress.

Middleton isn’t alone in her appreciation for the sustainable brand. Much like royals do - given sartorial etiquette - they tend to dress in similar ways. And if it’s good enough for one royal, it’s definitely good enough for all of them. Which is precisely why the London-based label has been tapped on several occasions, and not just by the British royal family.

In 2020, Queen Mary of Denmark (then Princess Mary of Denmark), chose the popular Ahana dressto wear during a visit to Frederiksborg Palace. The look was complete with nude pumps and a colourful clutch.

2022 saw Norway’s Princess Mette-Marit wearing the beige version of the dress to the French Open, while both both Princess Beatrice and Sophie Winkleman, wife of Lord Frederick Windsor, wore iterations of the Ahana style to celebrate the late Queen Elizabeth’s platinum jubilee service of thanksgiving at St. Paul’s cathedral.

And Kate Middleton, too, is no stranger to the dress. In 2021, she also wore the Ahana dress - this time in blush pink - to present the men’s single trophy on the lawn at Wimbledon. And last year, the dress was pulled out of the archives again for another outing.

For those in the market for Pippa's floral dress - a piece of bad news: the frock is a style from a previous season and is no longer available. However, there are plenty of similarly pretty options on offer that spark just as much joy.
