& Other Stories’ Debut Kidswear Range Includes Dresses For You, Too

& Other Stories, the fashionable woman's high street go-to, has just launched a kidswear capsule of mummy-and-me dresses that will be the answer to every birthday party and wedding, if they're outdoors and slightly more smart-casual, on this summer's calendar.

The collection, which caters to kids from one-and-a-half to eight years old and includes six co-ordinated looks for mums, was inspired by the importance of female role models in a little girl's life.

It's been photographed on real families - the Davis, the Osbournes, the Picqs - making for campaign imagery with plenty of heart, and is also made entirely from sustainably-sourced materials such as plant dyes and organic cotton.

The separates, which include ruffle-neck tops and scallop-edged shorts, are particularly cute and practical when temperatures start climbing, while the puff-sleeved maxi dress in a cooling shade of mint, dressed up with ankle-tie sandals, would do nicely on the christening circuit.
