& Other Stories’ New Designer Collaboration Might Be The Best One Yet

While they may not have the same fanfare as H&M's designer collaborations, & Other Stories' limited-edition collections, designed in conjunction with some of fashion's coolest names, are always sell-out successes in their own right. There's been collabs with independent labels like House of Hackney, as well as high-fashion collections with the likes of Rodarte – each proving that & Other Stories has an incredibly loyal fanbase poised and waiting to see what's next.

Today, they won't be disappointed. For & Other Stories has teamed up with Brøgger, the London-based label designed by Danish cool girl Julie Brøgger. Her eponymous label may only have launched in 2017 but it already has a strong following thanks to its colourful, contemporary approach to clothes. It makes for a perfect fit with & Other Stories, who says it 'fell in love with Brøgger for its refined maximalism.'

'The collection plays between the feminine and the masculine, with sharp tailoring and soft silhouettes, and styles that work as both formal and daywear,' says Brøgger. 'I like mixing the sharpness of tailoring with a ruffle or a dress – it’s how I see modern women, mixing the codes and unapologetically so. The gender lines are blurred now in every aspect that it’s the most natural way to dress.'

Inspired by her late mother's wardrobe in the '80s and '90s, Brøgger's collection for Stories includes mixed print midi dresses, oversized blazers with padded shoulders and asymmetrical ruffled minis.

The prices of the collection range from £59 to £199 and, knowing & Other Stories, it will sell quickly.
