She's done it again. Almost three decades after wearing one of the most infamous dresses of all time, Liz Hurley has gifted the internet a throwback to end all throwbacks.
Cast your mind back to 1994. It was the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral, although the night didn't belong to its star (her then-boyfriend Hugh Grant), but to Hurley, who arrived on his arm wearing a slashed black gown fastened with gold safety pins. The design, of course, was a Versace - and helped to launch the actor as the year's style star (a prize shared with Princess Diana, who six months earlier had worn the 'revenge dress').
Lo and behold, 28 years later, Hurley's done it again. Posting last night on Instagram, the actor did the 2022 version of the same dress: a fabulous iridescent mini that was held together with gold clasps. 'Having a @versace moment ❤️❤️,' she commented.
The second picture shows her with Damian, who's posing next to mum wearing a silky black suit (and the same chiselled cheekbones). Cue the fire emojis.
