She wowed at last night's premiere of No Time To Die, wearing a caped dress that looked like a sunbeam from her favourite black tie designer Jenny Packham, and now she's back to business. Arriving in Northern Ireland, where her and her husband's first port of call was visiting students at Ulster University, Kate Middleton turned to tailoring, but switched things up ever-so-slightly by choosing a jewel-toned trouser suit from Emilia Wickstead.
She offset the suit's amethyst hue with navy basics - a polo neck and her favourite suede pumps from Emmy London - and swept her hair, which last night was twisted into a glamorous up 'do - into a practical ponytail. This might be the first time that she's worn a suit in such a loud and proud colour, but she's bang on trend (for this season and next). At Saint Laurent, which showed its latest collection last night at Paris Fashion Week, jewel-toned colours made their presence felt, with peacock blue leather gloves, ruby catsuits, topaz minidresses and amethyst all-in-ones.
To get the look, Zara's cherry red trouser suit - with a double-breasted blazer and wide-leg trousers - ticks both the bright and head-turning boxes.
