Kate Middleton took a marginally less literal approach to getting dressed on day two of the royal tour to Scotland. To officially open a new hospital in Orkney, Middleton chose one of her favourite high street hits from Massimo Dutti, a double-breasted cashmere-wool coat in easy-to-wear camel. It's one of her go-tos when it comes to smart outerwear - she was last spotted wearing it in March - and on this occasion, she decided to go head-to-toe neutrals.
As well as a wide-legged pair of beige trousers, Middleton wore yesterday's caramel-coloured suede pumps from Gianvito Rossi, as well as a similarly pared-back clutch bag, the Natasha Saddle costing £350, from Emmy London.

She did, however, include a subtle nod to her host country with a tartan scarf. While it looks very similar to the style she wore when she last visited the country in December, which was from independent brand York Scarves, this one is ever-so-slightly different with its subtle yellow background. Her citrine and diamond earrings are from a fine jeweller based in Edinburgh, Hamilton & Inches, and are still available for £1,395.
