When Hailey Bieber arrived at last night's Grammy Awards, she can't have anticipated how many brides - on seeing her perfectly simple pearl white gown - would want to tear up their moodboards and start again from scratch.

Bieber's dress was by Saint Laurent; a strapless sheath that didn't cling to the body or swoosh into a train but, instead, pooled on the ground and let its wearer do the talking. The polar opposite to a meringue - and paired with the kind of bed hair plait that looked effortless but probably took hours of gentle teasing - it's certainly given us food for thought. Her and her husband's stylist, Karla Welch, knew that the two of them appearing together would be 'a moment' - and opted for subtle star power instead of anything overly flashy. Chic.

And if we're following the wedding theme to its rightful conclusion, Hailey's 'groom' wore oversized Balenciaga suiting, a hot pink beanie hat and Crocs. Whether or not that makes the moodboard is entirely up to you.
