Forget friendship bracelets; Suicide Squad duo Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne just upped their best friend style credentials in matching tracksuits, and sports luxe has never looked so good.
Our new favourite A-list besties first hit the pink carpet in London for the UK premiere of DC Comics’ latest superhero movie, with model-turned-actress Cara – who plays the Enchantress - opting for a dramatic sheer black dress by Alexander McQueen, complete with leather detailing. Margot, meanwhile, chose a floor length embellished Gucci gown with Alessandro Michele’s trademark tiger motif. The pair were joined by co-stars Jared Leto (a committed Gucci fan in a bright green coat and baby pink trousers), Will Smith, Ben Affleck and Karen Fukuhara. Talk about squad goals…

But while full length Gucci is all well and good for a premiere, it’s probably not the easiest thing to party in - just imagine the potential for red wine stains. It’s only natural, then, that Margot and Cara had something a little more comfortable lined up for their post-premiere antics, changing into co-ordinating navy blue tracksuits complete with customised name detailing.
With the slightly cropped leg, flashes of gold and the silky finish, the pair are channelling a seriously early Noughties feel. Worn with navy and gold trainers, the jackets also featured the word ‘Skwad’ on the back in homage to their on-screen alter egos. After the after party, Margot and Cara were pictured dancing through the open sun-roof of their taxi on the way back to their hotel. Disclaimer: trying to replicate this will probably get you thrown out of your cab and destroy your Uber rating in one fell swoop, but we’re guessing that Harley Quinn and the Enchantress just don’t care.
What with this and the news that Margot regularly bumps into Prince Harry on a night out, this duo just topped our hypothetical list of ‘stars we’d most like to hit the town with.’ CarGot forever?
