Ab Fab Premiere: The Most Fabulous Looks From The Gold Carpet

Great news, sweetie darlings! Everyone's favourite Lacroix-lovers Edina Monsoon and Patsy Stone (sorry, Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley) brought London's West End to a standstill last night at the premiere for the long-awaited Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.

Dressed with subtle nods to their on-screen alter egos, Saunders wore custom Stella McCartney, including a t-shirt with the slogan 'Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Fur Free' while Lumley's hair was coiffed into Patsy's iconic beehive. And given that the Ab Fab movie is packed with more celebrity cameos than Zoolander 2, it was no surprise that the pair were joined on the gold (yes, gold) carpet by a whole host of famous friends. Apart from Lulu. Seriously though, where was Lulu?

A-list attendees from the world of fashion included the likes of Lily Cole, Jourdan Dunn and Grazia cover star Daisy Lowe, but the best moment of the night came when Kate Moss rocked up with close pal Stella McCartney - resulting in the ultimate #squadgoals shot. Sorry Taylor Swift, but your gang just can't compete with Pats, Eddie and Kate bloody Moss, darling!

The model has previously had a handful of cameos in the TV series, and as we all know from the trailer, Mossy gets accidentally killed off in the film's opening act, forcing Patsy and Eddie to go on the run - to the French Riviera...

And as for the best news of the whole night? Saunders sort-of-maybe teased plans for a sequel, revealing that 'If people go and watch it we'll be making another one.' What better excuse to break out the Bolly?
