She wore a custom blush gown by Giorgio Armani to perform her hit song 'The Heart Wants What It Wants' (a particularly memorable performance because of its emotional connotations of her on-again, off-again romance with Justin Bieber), and for the red carpet she opted for a backless black Armani Prive gown - one of our favourite ever looks of hers.
