With just over a week until the final series of Game of Thrones returns to our screens (the first episode will air on April 14th), winter really is coming. It's also (sort of) snowing in some parts of the UK, which is presumably just a marketing device implemented by HBO. Either way, excitement is mounting. And no more so than on the red carpet in New York last week, where the stars gathered for the Game of Thrones season 8 premiere.
While Lena Headey sadly missed the event due to illness – she posted a picture on Instagram with the caption 'Gutted. Heartbroken and f_**_d off, still doesn’t cover my disappointment at not being able to travel to NYC for our final prem tonight' – the rest of the cast were out in force. Sophie Turner, in a Louis Vuitton mini dress, posed with her fiancé Joe Jonas before embracing her BFF Maisie Williams, Natalie Dormer smoldered in an Armani gown and Jason Momoa arrived with his wife, Lisa Bonet, just to prove what a ridiculously good looking couple they make.
