On New Year’s Eve Zoë Kravitz took to Instagram to share photos from her June 2019 wedding to actor Karl Glusman. The Big Little Lies star, who will play Catwoman in the upcoming Batman film and the Nocturnal Animals actor began dating three years ago. They married in a lovely summer ceremony at her rock star father Lenny’s house in Paris surrounded by family and friends. Sixth months later, perhaps reflecting just before the new year, the actress posted a bunch of tasteful black and white photos captioned “June 29th, 2019” on Instagram @zoebellakravitz for her followers.
One of the photos shows Zoe and her Big Little Lies castmates Laura Dern, Reese Witherspoon. Nicole Kidman and Shailene Woodley in a sweet group hug. Other photos show the guests lining the grand staircase of Lenny Kravitz’s eighteenth century Parisian mansion and gathered at the bottom awaiting the bride. Zoe’s parents Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, accompanied by beau Jason Mamoa, also feature in the stunning photographs.
Zoe and Karl had secretly got married in a civil ceremony earlier in the year, but the second wedding was a star-studded affair with the guest list including friends such as Alicia Keys, Denzel Washington, Donald Glover, and Cara Delevingne with girlfriend Ashley Bensen.
The Paris ceremony showed the couple’s cool with Kravitz wearing white cycling shorts under a hand crocheted pearl dress by Danielle Hirsch to the rehearsal dinner at celeb favourite Restaurant Laperouse, before showing off matching biker jackets created by their friend Samantha Urbani.
