In the world of social media, this week’s big news was Tom Hiddleston - Night Manager star and one half of Hiddleswift - finally joining Instagram.
However for the fans desperate for a candid selfie of the actor and his very famous other half, their hopes were quickly shattered when his Instagram debut involved a pic of Hiddleston in his full Loki get-up sans Swift. Worse still, a quick glance at his account revealed the pair were not even following each other.
But, fear not, hope of a blossoming social media relationship between the pair is not lost. As of Friday, drumroll please, Tom has chosen Taylor as one of his select 17 accounts to follow on the platform. Swift joins of the likes of Idris Elba, Ryan Reynolds and Brie Larson in Hiddleston’s exclusive selection.
With this move he’s joined the 88.3 million (and counting) Swifties following the 3rd most popular account on Instagram. And luckily for him, she has decided to followed him back. Phew.
