And now, for the latest twist in the Talvin break-up saga... Calvin Harris has been granted visitation rights for Taylor Swift's cats, Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson. Yes, you did read that correctly.
Anyone who follows Taylor on Instagram will know that the feline duo are a huge part of her life, so it's unsurprising that Calvin grew attached to the pair (named after characters from Grey's Anatomy and Law and Order respectively). Throughout the relationship, the DJ even took over cat-sitting duties for his girlfriend (and posted the very cute evidence on Snapchat). Sob.
Now, new reports are claiming that Harris has asked Taylor for cat visitation rights - and the singer has agreed. It's all very grown-up and amicable - there;s clearly no bad blood here.
We're not exactly surprised - we don't think we'd have it in our hearts to say goodbye for good to these adorable bundles of fluff, either...
Harris took to Twitter last week to clear up the rumours surrounding the break-up, explaining that 'what remains is a huge amount of love and respect' in a message that Swift later retweeted.
The singer, who is yet to comment directly on the split, gatecrashed a fan's wedding over the weekend to perform her single Blank Space, posting a picture with the happy couple which earned a 'like' from her ex.
