On this year's Strictly, a lot of people seem to be wondering who HRVY is, after everyone was left spellbound by his jive with dance partner Janette Manrana. (The pair later revealed on It Takes Two that HRVY trained so hard for the dance that he threw up during training - dedication.)
And it's no wonder HRVY has moves, as he's actually a popstar-slash-YouTuber. And a successful one, with 4.5million followers onInstagram (and a reported net worth of £500,000-£1million). He's still yet to release his debut album Can Anybody Hear Me, which we expect will get a few more preorders with his time on Strictly.
HRVY is only 21, but he's already had a career as a presenter as well, working on the CBBC show Friday Download. His real name, by the way, is Harvey Leigh Cantwell.
Strictly and romance rumours go hand in hand, so it's no wonder that the singer has been linked with fellow contestant EastEnders' actress Maisie Smith, 19. But nothing has been announced, and also, it would be pretty difficult, considering - due to coronavirus - that physical contact between the celebs is forbidden. Even HRVY himself told The Mirror, 'I’ve spoken to Maisie at the studios, but the thing is legally I’m not even allowed to go near her. So for now we are great friends, and she’s lovely.
