Rihanna and her Saudi billionaire beau Hassan Jameel have sparked engagement rumours after the 29-year-old singer was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger.
The singer, who has been dating the Toyota mogul since June, was pictured wearing a massive diamond earlier this week, with the internet being quick to jump to the conclusion that she might be engaged.
Others however have been less convinced, with many of Rhianna’s fans putting forward the evidence that she often flouts convention by wearing jewellery on that finger.
Indeed, Rihanna has often spoken out about the joys of being single, too, telling Miranda July of the New York Times that: ‘Guys need attention. They need that nourishment, that little stroke of the ego that gets them by every now and then. I'll give it to my family, I'll give it to my work—but I will not give it to a man right now.’
She has previously been linked to actor Leonardo DiCaprio, although their romance was never confirmed, while she's enjoyed an on-again off-again relationship with Drake, as well as a her infamous coupling with Chris Brown. She's extremely private about her love life - with reason - so it's unsurprising that she's not spoken out about her latest budding romance.
