The second royal wedding of the year is nearly upon us, so put away your Meghan and Harrycommemorative bunting and pull out your Eugenie and Jack tea set.
Ok, so you might not be quite there yet with the decorations, but with less than two weeks to go, speculation has started about all aspects of the wedding.
Some are saying the dress is bound to be by Erdem, as Eugenie often wears the brand, and journalists have been snooping through Princess Eugenie’s Pinterest boards for hints about her wedding menu.
Here’s what might show up on the menu come October 12.
Princess Eugenie Wedding Menu - Grazia
Raw Shaved Tema Artichoke
The Sun speculates that Eugenie might bring Petersham Nursery in to cater her wedding, as she once pinned a picture of the venue in South-West London with the caption; 'Love the Petersham Nursery in London as a wedding destination.' They do cater for weddings, and have raw shaved Tema artichoke, veal sweetbread with shallots and chargrilled haye farm pork loin on their menu – they might even bring some flowers along too.
Avocado Egg Wraps
A favourite at The Detox Kitchen which also features on Eugenie's Pinterest board 'Eugenie's Guide To London.' They also offer cauliflower pizza, sweet corn chowder and butternut squash with broad bean and mint mash.
Full English Bunny
Another tip from Eugenie's Pinterest board, she pinned this image from South African street food vendor Bunny Chow, it's the 'Full English Bunny', a twist on popular South African dish bunny chow, it's hollowed out brioche filled with the usual Full English suspects. Bunny Chow has since closed its Soho location, but surely Eugenie could convince them to cater for something as huge as say, a royal wedding?
Glazed Breast Of Pigeon
It's on the Autumn/Winter 2018 menu at Table Talk events, who reportedly catered Meghan and Harry's wedding, as well as William and Kate's and Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews in 2017.
Windsor Lamb Or Windsor Pork Belly
Both were served at Meghan and Harry's wedding, and William and Kate served Windsor Estate Lamb at their reception in 2011.
Black Cow Martinis
'HIX Soho and Mark's Bar downstairs is one of the coolest bars in London with delicious cocktails, especially the martini,' Eugenie wrote on a pin with a picture of HIX. The only martini on Mark's Bar's menu at the moment is the, Black Cow martini – featuring the Black Cow brand of vodka 'twisted with zest, dirty with olives, or filthy with pickled peppers.'
