It seems like years ago now that Naomi Campbell made us all laugh with her airport cleaning routine. Some of us thought she was being a bit of a diva when she revealed her full flying routine, where she’d anti-bac her seat - and everything around her - on long-haul flights. That was only last July, but now, with the coronavirus outbreak, we can’t help but think she was on to something{
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the supermodel is still travelling - but, of course, she’s taking all the precautions possible. And Naomi shared a selfie to her 9.1million Instagram followers over the weekend, which saw her rock a face shield, goggles and a dust mask.
And no doubt that Naomi will have used anti-bac on everything around her. In last year's video, explaining her flight routine, Naomi said, 'This is what I do on every plane I get on. I do not care what people think of me. It’s my health and it makes me feel better.' She added, 'No matter what plane you take, private or commercial, as the plane descends people start coughing and sneezing. And the coughing and sneezing makes me…I just can’t. As much as I travel, I should get sick so much more with colds and stuff and I’m blessed that I don’t. I really think this helps me — my little routine.'
Last month, Naomi shared another hazmat/airport selfie on Instagram, which was taken before she went into self-isolation. ‘Can’t believe it’s been 1 month in quarantine,’ she wrote. ‘Make sure to stay safe, wash your hands, wear a mask and we’ll get through this together.’
