Online trolls have accuse Millie Mackintosh of having a boob job and hiding it from her fans, as well as criticising her for showing off her body with 'smug satisfaction' after she showed off a new collection of clothing.

Millie posted a video at the end of last week to share her Paolita capsule collection, doing a wardrobe try-on in a post clearly marked 'AD' due to her work with the company in creating the collection.

But of course, Instagram took that as an opportunity to start a conversation about Millie's body and whether she had recently had surgery.

'You look great, have you had breast implants after breastfeeding?' wrote one followers in a comment that has had 62 likes and seems to have opened the floodgates for a full on debate about Millie's figure.

'You look great but I'm quite surprised you got breast implants,' wrote another. 'Boobs look great, you didn’t mention getting them done,' added another. The comments continue: ' 'It would have been good to see how natural boobs looked in the swimwear.' 'boob job looks great!' 'New boobs!!!!' 'Your new boobs look fab!'

Not that celebrities ever owe their fans (or non-fans) an explanation about anything to do with their body, but of all the stars out there, Millie is one who shares more than many about her body. Unlike other celebs who might claim all they do to maintain their body is something vague like 'eat mindfully and run around after the kids!' Millie has been open about her decision to exercise post both of her pregnancies - and how she's done it. So to criticise her for hiding something seems particularly harsh in her case.

As one fan pointed out in the comments: 'These are lovely! And you look fabulous AND healthy. You make no secret of your healthy eating and exercise so it’s no surprise you look this good 👏 but it takes work even if someone does have any procedures to feel good about themself.'

In an interview in 2014, Millie - candidly open as ever - told The Express: 'I'd love to have bigger boobs, but on the whole I'm grateful for the body I was given. I'm healthy and everything works, which is the most important thing.'

Asked if she'd ever consider plastic surgery in the future, she added: 'Never say never. But there's nothing wrong with ageing gracefully. My biggest fear would be to look plastic and fake.'

But of course the body shaming doesn't stop at allegations of surgery. Many also attacker her physique, claiming it was unattainable and unfair on other women.

'This is a definite way to alienate a sizeable portion of your female followers who have followed you because of (a) your pregnancy journey to motherhood and (b) your relatability.' wrote one. 'Any average mum cannot look like this after two kids - they don’t have the time to worship their bodies while a nanny helps with babies, a nutritionist advises your food intake and a personal trainer works your body. I’m starting to feel like there’s just a smug satisfaction being lorded over all us plebs that might need to result in unfollowing. What a shame, another female becomes part of the problem, not the solution for ordinary women and our perfectly acceptable post baby shapes.'

Many of Millie's fans, however, did run to her defence, praising how she looked and attacking her haters.

'You look absolutely beautiful @milliemackintosh Ignore the haters on here,' wrote one. 'I see women are obviously still tearing each other apart and feel it’s acceptable to comment on another woman’s body in a negative way'

Another added: 'My God some horrible comments here ! Whatever happened to #bekind? I think @milliemackintosh looks amazing and she’s worked hard to shift baby weight , give her a break.'
