It seems like years ago since Paige Turley and Finn Tapp were crowned the winners of Love Island. And of course, winning the show means they were able to grab £50,000, which they decided to share. But even though they won the show three weeks ago, they still haven’t received the money.
In a new interview with Heat magazine, Paige says that she plans to go shopping when she eventually gets the cash. The reality star said, ‘I’ve not actually received [the money] just yet, but when it comes through, I’m sure there will be a shopping trip.’ She had previously joked that her very famous ex-boyfriend, Lewis Capaldi{
The winner also hinted that she’s going to move away from Scotland, which might mean moving in with her boyfriend Finn. ‘We’re currently living out of suitcases in hotels, so we haven’t quite figured out where we’ll end up,’ she told the magazine. ‘A lot of the work is down south, though, so I would have to move there. But it has been so hectic, we’ve not had a chance to think about it. In time, moving in together is definitely something we’re going to do.’
On the night of the final, Paige and Finn received a whopping 44.52% of the vote, but Siannise and Luke were right behind them with 43.61%. Meanwhile, Demi Jones and Luke Mabbott landed 9.62% and Jess Gale and Ched Uzor gained 2.25%.
