Why Didn’t Love Island’s Ovie Soko And India Reynolds Go To Each Other’s Clothing Launches?

It goes without saying, one of our favourite couples from this year’s Love Island are India and Ovie have been offered big-money fashion deals with online retailers Boohoo and Asos.

But, last night, when India launched her Boohoo collection at French restaurant Bagatelle in London, Ovie was nowhere to be seen. (Meanwhile, fellow Love Island alumni Amber Gill, Yewande Biala, Lucie Donlan, Harley Brash{ =nofollow}, Belle Hassan and Anna Vakili were among the guests.)

However, it looks like there's no reason to worry, as it was the same when Ovie launched his Asos collection last week. (He even had his own day, #NationalOvieDay, named for the occasion.) According to OK{ =nofollow}, India hadn’t snubbed the party – she just wasn’t able to go due to her Boohoo contract. A source told the website, ‘India's work with Boohoo means she isn't allowed to be seen supporting other brands, so wasn't allowed to go to Ovie's launch, even though she would have loved to have been there.’ Maura Higgins – who is also signed to Boohoo – did not attend Ovie's launch.

The source added that their relationship is better than ever, adding, ‘Her and Ovie are more loved up than ever and she would have loved to have supported him on his big night.’

Lack of party appearances aside, it looks like the pair are still going strong.
