Well, Love Island has just begun and the scandals are already unfolding inside AND outside the villa! Love Island’s Jay Younger'stwo ex-girlfriends have teamed up to expose the bombshell for promising them the world before entering the villa. According to The Sun, the investment banker-turned-islander reportedly promised a ‘serious future’ to one of them before 'dumping her to appear on show.'

Jay's ex-girlfriend Ems claims that he promised to buy them a house with his prize money before he left for the dating show, while the islander's other ex Mal reportedly dated Jay for six months. After comparing notes (which they documented on TikTok,) the two women say they realised Jay slept with Mal on the day of his first date with Ems.

Mal even shared a flat in Edinburgh with Jay, and claims he dumped her days before she was due to spend Christmas celebrating with his family. She revealed: 'It was traumatising. I don’t want to experience anything like that again. It was brutal.' Mal said that ending the relationship the way he did proved that he was 'very selfish and will do absolutely anything to benefit him — he is absolutely cutthroat.' She went on, 'Something he would say is, "People are disposable." I am intrigued to see what he does with these women on the show.'

Jay's other ex-girlfriend Ems, who lives in London, is said to have met Jay within the same time frame, on a dating app, and their relationship became serious very quickly. Ems was later introduced to his family and friends just two weeks after they met. Ems only spoke out after hearing Mal's story on TikTok. She revealed, 'He said to me, "This is for the opportunity only, I’m not going in to find love — I’ve found love with you," but I just picked up all my stuff and left.' She added, 'He sold me a dream and I was left devastated.'

Ems said that a few days later, he gave her hope of reconciling after the show. She explained, 'He told me on the phone, "when I’m on Love Island, I’ll rub my ear when I’m thinking of you, like a secret symbol. I want you to be my girlfriend, I see a future with you, I see marriage and children."'

The two women connected after Mal posted a TikTokclip with her reaction to seeing Jay walking the villa during Monday night’s explosive episode. Ems saw the video on social media and they started comparing notes.

Ems told the publication, 'I’d absolutely never do this kind of thing usually — I am all about live and let live and positive energy. But when I found out from Mal that he had slept with her on the day of our first date, I saw red.' She added, 'I don’t owe him anything after his behaviour and the terrible way he treated me.'

Mal agreed, 'Seeing him on Love Island will kill me. He’s gorgeous but in terms of his personality, he’s quite quiet, so it was just generally shocking that he’s doing this.'

However Jay’s brother has hit back at the accusations made by his two exes. He stated, 'It is very hurtful to see others mischaracterise Jay and label him with unkind remarks that he has no ability to respond to right now. We’re looking forward to Jay showing viewers the kind, funny and intelligent guy his friends and family know and love.'

Jay entered the villa alongside model and rapper Remi Lambert and has certainly made a stir already on the internet for sneaking around the villa with Ekin-Suand having secret roof terrace kisses - oh, the scandal! He has also not held back on his opinions and is not afraid to ruffle feathers. Upon entering the villa he teased Gemma Owen's ex Jacques O'Neil, telling him that ' he was a bit small to be a ruby player,' and is driving a wedge between Tasha and Andrew Le Page.
