After years of speculation about their marriage and cheating scandals, Annie Kilner has reportedly filed for divorce from England footballer Kyle Walker. According to reports in The Sun, Annie, 32, has instructed her lawyers to begin legal proceedings to end her marriage to her husband of two years and childhood sweetheart, with whom she shares four sons: Roman, 12, Riaan, eight, Reign, six, and Rezon, six months.
It’s been reported that the pair are no longer on speaking terms, and that Kyle, 34, was ‘stunned’ and blindsided when he received the papers. In recent years, the couple’s relationship has been rocked by multiple cheating scandals, after it was revealed that Kyle had fathered two children – Kairo, four, and Kinara, one – with influencer Lauryn Goodman, 33.

Manchester City star Kyle and Annie began dating in 2010 and have four children together. Throughout their relationship, however, the pair have faced multiple cheating scandals. In April 2020, Kyle was accused of breaking lockdown rules after allegedly inviting two sex workers to one of his homes. That same year, Lauryn gave birth to son Kairo, and later revealed that Kyle was the child’s father.
Annie and Kyle stayed together throughout this, and tied the knot in 2022. They stuck together when it was reported in 2023 that Kyle had drunkenly kissed and flashed a woman in a Manchester bar after his team won (he did not face criminal charges). But later last year, the couple faced their biggest challenge yet.
Late last year, Lauryn welcomed a second child, a daughter called Kinara, and was initially coy about the baby girl’s paternity. However, she eventually confirmed that Kyle, once again, was the father, revealing that he had been unfaithful to Annie. Annie was pregnant at the time, and Lauryn is said to have texted her, ‘All his boys have known from the start, so don't trust them. I'm sorry.’
Annie kicked Kyle out of their Cheshire mansion, while he moved into a £3 million rented home nearby. In an interview shared in January, the defender said that he regretted his ‘idiot choices and idiot decisions’. ‘What I’ve done is horrible and I take full responsibility,’ he said. ‘I can’t begin to think or imagine what Annie is going through. I’ve tried to ask her but there’s pain and hurt.’
Lauryn stayed in the headlines throughout the year as well, as she battled with Kyle over child support payments. A judge ruled in August that Kyle should increase his payments to £12,500 per month, as well as hand over multiple lump sums including £1.8 million for Lauryn to buy a house in Sussex for her and her children to live in.
Slowly, however, it seemed as though Annie was letting Kyle back into her life. She supported her husband from the sidelines at the Euros tournament this summer, while he appeared to have moved back into the family home. But if the reports of Annie serving her husband legal papers are anything to go by, it all got too much for the mother-of-four.
