What do you do when you're dressed in a skirt and heels and are required to box against world champion boxer, Duke McKenzie MBE? You deliver a 'wicked punch', that's what. (Well, you do if you're the Duchess of Cambridge anyway.)

At the launch of the 'Heads Together' campaign earlier today – an event which brings some of the UK's leading mental health charities together to encourage people to seek help for psychological issues – Kate, Prince William and Prince Harry joined Duke, and a team from Mind, to practise throwing a punch. (Note: boxing is considered a great stress-reliever when it comes to mental health... in case you were thinking it was all a bit weird, and wondering WHY?)

According to the world-renowned sportsman, Kate 'couldn't wait to get the gloves on', which is fairly surprising, considering her outfit to partake in such rigorous activity included a midi skirt from Banana Republic and a pair of blue courts.

'She's better than [William and Harry] because she's more technical,' Duke later told PEOPLE. 'Ladies don't go for power. They rely on speed and technique and that generates your power. She was better than the pair of them technically. Hands-down.'

Cheeky Prince Harry 'packs a punch' too, the boxer also revealed. '[He] wanted to know if I could make a return and come out of retirement and if me and him could do ten rounds,' Duke told The Daily Mail. 'But I said "No, your highness, I can't do that because you might knock me out and embarrass me!"'

Whilst it was clearly a lively, up-beat event, there was a serious side to it too, one that the Duchess touched on in her joint speech with the princes.

'Too often, people feel afraid to admit that they are struggling with their mental health,' she said. 'This fear of judgment stops people from getting the help they need, which can destroy families and end lives. Heads Together wants to help everyone feel much more confident with their everyday mental health, and to have the practical tools to support their friends and family.'

Not only are you a champ in the ring, but you're clearly a champion speaker too – well said, Kate, well said.
