Gigi Hadid Defends Zayn Malik From Jake Paul With Epic Clapback

If there’s one fued we didn’t see coming in 2020, then it’s a spat betweenGigi Hadidand Zayn Malik{ =nofollow}, and, erm, YouTuber Jake Paul. Yes, that’s right - it all kicked off over the weekend. And there’s the tweets to prove it. The supermodel, who is currently in the midst of Milan Fashion Week, hit back at the controversial YouTuber, after he alleged that he narrowly avoided a physical altercation with the former One Direction singer. Dramatic, we know.

It all started when Jake tweeted - while spelling Zayn’s name wrong - that he ‘almost had to clap up zane from 1 direction because he is a little guy and has an attitude and basically told me to fk off for no reason…’ He added, ‘zane ik you’re reading this... stop being angry cause u came home alone to ur big a hotel room hahaha.' If you weren’t sure enough that Jake wasn't happy, he elaborated in another tweet, saying, ‘bro he literally started yelling and freaking the f**k out. “you wanna test me mate”. lol I feel bad for childhood stars.'

But Gigi{ =nofollow}wasn’t having any of it - and logged in to fire back at the YouTuber. ‘Lol cause he doesn’t care to hang w you and your embarrassing crew of YouTube groupies,’ she wrote. 'Home alone with his best friends like a respectful king cause he has me, sweetie. Unbothered by your irrelevant ugly ass. Go to bed…’ Ouch, she certainly didn't hold back.

After loads (and loads) of backlash, Jake then tweeted to say that he was a ‘fucking idiot’ and shouldn’t tweet when he’s drunk, saying, ‘someone needs to take my phone when i’m drunk because I am a f**king idiot.'

We’re still not entirely sure where the near-fight happened - but both parties were at the Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder match, which took place at Las Vegas' MGM Grand on Saturday evening.
