Jennifer Lopez has 'spoken out' amidst speculation over her marriage to Ben Affleck and the sudden cancellation of her US tour. In her latest On The JLO newsletter, the star, 54, thanked fans for the success of her new Netflix film Atlas before seeming to allude to the split rumours.

‘It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out in the world right now… but don’t let the voices of a few drown out that there is sooo much love out there.’

Rumours have been swirling around J Lo and Ben, 51, in recent months ahead of their two-year wedding anniversary in July, which they have done little to quash. Speculation over their marriage has been further sparked after the couple’s marital home appeared on property website Zillow this week, despite being listed as sold. They bought the sprawling 17-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, California, for over $60million in May 2023.

Last week, Jen admitted she was ‘heartsick and completely devastated’ after she cancelled her American leg of her This Is Me tour, days before it was due to kick off in Orlando on 26 June. ‘I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again,’ she said. Tour promoter Live Nation said that ‘Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends,’ noticeably failing to mention her husband Ben. Disappointing ticket sales was cited as the reason. And last month, she dismissed a question about the marriage rumours at a Q&A session with reporters, saying, ‘You know better than that’.

Jen and Ben, affectionately known as ‘Bennifer’, delighted fans when they rekindled their romance in July 2021 – nearly 20 years after they first got together. Despite the headlines, they continue to put on a united front. They were seen last week as they watched his 12-year-old son Samuel at a basketball game – they arrived separately but Ben had his wedding ring on. But onlookers said they looked awkward as Jen kissed him on the cheek and he patted her on the back. It came three days after they attended his daughter Violet’s graduation party, holding hands but leaving in separate cars.
