In news that will surprise no one, Harry and Meghan are diligent in sending thoughtful thank you cards. This Christmas the Duke and Duchess of Sussex sent cards to those who sent them well wishes over the festive period, and thanks to the wonder of social media, we’ve been granted a sneak peek.
@loopycrown3, an Instagram account that describes itself as a “devout monarchist and royal commentator,” shared the card they'd received from the royal newlyweds.
“Lovely reply from TRH the Duke and Duchess of Sussex thanking me for sending my Christmas and New year wishes,” the account posted.
The photo on the front of the card shows the couple during a visit to Dubbo, Australia, on their first royal tour together last year.
The writing on the card reads: "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, thank you for the very kind message you sent for Christmas. This was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated by Their Royal Highnesses who send their best wishes for Christmas, and for the New Year.
@loopcrown3 was lucky to also receive a card from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Harry’s older brother chose a more classic photo, one from Louis’ christening, to adorn their thank you card. Naturally, the fan account also shared this via the social media platform for fellow royal fans to see.
