Besides world-renowned break-up songs and highly documented relationships, Taylor Swift famously coined the term ‘squad’.
And it seems every celebrity with a couple of thousand Instagram followers is willing to join her club. Cue inflatable swans, outings at the beach and 4th July celebrations - all captured by the squad’s very own professional photographer.
But one model who is not seeking to gain membership to the prestigious Swift club, is Hailey Baldwin. The 20-year-old told Yahoo’s Be: “I don’t know what having a squad means. I don't understand the Taylor Swift squad at all.”
Hailey frequently shares snaps of fellow models including Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner via Instagram but isn’t about to debut a carefully curated squad anytime soon.
She told Be, “I just have my friends and that’s it. I don’t think that you need to create a public squad. I don’t know what that proves.”
It seems Hailey might not be getting a job application from Taylor anytime soon.
