Love is back, guys. And Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are doing all the heavy lifting. An undisputed 'It' couple, they have a knack for going for viral just by being obsessed with each other. So when rumours started circulating in the New Year that they got engaged over Christmas, we were immediately invested.

Apparently, Callum got down on one knee over the festive period, which the couple spent together in London with their families. A 'source' told The Sun, 'Dua and Callum are so in love and know this is forever. They are engaged and couldn't be happier. Dua has had one of the best years of her career professionally and this is the cherry on the cake.

'Callum is such a solid support for Dua and they make a wonderful couple. Their family and friends are so happy. It's been an amazing Christmas for them.'

Are Dua Lipa and Callum Turner engaged?

While the couple – who reportedly started dating in January last year after attending the Masters of the Air after party together – have not confirmed the news themselves, there have been signs. One of which being a diamond ring on Dua's engagement finger, the other being the unadulterated happiness they both ooze whenever they are seen together.

The first time they went viral as a couple was after Dua's headline set at Glastonbury last summer, when they were spotted watching the sunrise together at the stone circle. Despite headlining the entire festival and performing a solid one hour 45 minute set on the Pyramid stage, Dua and her boyfriend assimilated seamlessly into the festival scene. Let's just say it looked like they had a great night out.

Post-engagement rumours, however, they have been even sweeter. Most recently, Dua and Callum were spotted twirling each other around under the moonlight by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. We're almost entirely certain they did not know anyone was watching and the video is so cute that it looks like a scene from the end of a Hallmark movie (in a good way).

Over the years, Dua has honed the craft of being a global superstar without giving away much about her private life, and her relationship with Callum is no different. If the couple are indeed engaged (which we hope they are), it is unlikely she will discuss the proposal or her wedding plans before it happens. Fans are more likely to be shown a well-curated photo dump after the fact.

The only thing these love birds need to watch out for is the peril of being 'couple goals'. The sheer quantity of paparazzi waiting outside the restaurant they were having lunch in in Paris this week is case in point. Let's adore them respectfully everyone! We're not getting invited to the wedding either way.
