David and Victoria Beckham have denied rumours of a divorce in a new statement released through the couple's representatives.
'There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news,' said the spokeswoman today, after rumours of a split began to circulate online today.
'This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time,' she added, going so far as to describe the situation as 'a crock of s--t.'
Earlier today, Victoria posted an image of her and her daughter Harper on her Instagram account, with the caption reading 'we love and miss you @davidbeckham.'

The couple will soon celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary. They started dating in 1997 after meeting at a charity football match, back when Victoria was one fifth of the world's biggest girlband and better known as Posh Spice, and when David was Manchester United's rising star. After announcing their engagement the following year and welcoming their first children, Brooklyn, in March 1999, they tied the knot on 4th July 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle just outside Dublin in a ceremony which infamously featured the couple sitting on matching gold thrones (it was the late Nineties, after all...).
They fast became one of the world's most recognised celebrity power couples, with a formidable business empire to boot: today, 'Brand Beckham' encompasses everything from fashion and beauty to alcohol.
When David swapped Manchester for Madrid after signing with the city's football club in 2003, Victoria and the family relocated to Spain with him; in 2007, David's rumoured $250 million contract with LA Galaxy took the Beckhams to LA, where they lived until 2014. Since then, the family have been largely based in London, though Victoria's eponymous fashion brand continues to show biannually at New York Fashion Week.
Most recently, the pair attended the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle together in May.
