A woman has been accused of harassing David Beckham - and even turning up at his daughter's school. Sharon Bell, 58, is alleged to have stalked the former footballer - even turning up at 10-year-old Harper's school - and making multiple attempts to contact David since 2016. The Sunreports that she has now been charged with stalking.
Bell had been banned from contacting David - or any other members of the family - and going within 500m of their London home, their Cotswolds mansion or Harper's school. But as this interim stalking order was temporary, it won't be until a hearing at Westminster's Magistrates Court on March 28 that it will be decided whether David needs a permanent stalking order against Bell.
It's alleged Bell visited David's properties between July and November last year. It's also claimed Bell pretended to be the mother of one the Beckham children in 2016. Now, 'David Beckham stalker' is trending on Google as people search for more information about the worrying events.
In other news, David and Victoria have been helping the fundraising efforts for those victim to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It's said the couple have personally donated £1million to Unicef (David has been a Goodwill Ambassador for the charity since 2005).
And recently, David handed over his Instagram account to a doctor in Ukraine - to help try and raise funds for Unicef. Dr Iryna, head of a regional perinatal centre in Kharkiv and a paediatric anaesthesiologist, was posting videos showing the reality health professionals are facing in the country. 'We are probably risking our lives but we don't think about it at all,' she said. 'We love our work. Doctors and nurses here, we worry, we cry but none of us will give up.'
