Just like the Kardashian-Wests{ =nofollow}, the Cambridges love sending out personal family photo Christmas cards. They always look adorable, and this year is no different. Take a look at the image, which shows William, Kate, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis pose in front of a stack of logs, sitting on a bale of hay. It's a very rural image that ties in with the royal family's love of the countryside.

The photo is the latest in a long line of cute snaps. Last year saw them release an image of the family posing with a motorbike.

One of the cards was shared on Twitter by recipient Air Commodore Dawn McCafferty CBE RAFR, who wrote: ‘A Christmas card from our Royal Patron, HRH The Duchess of Cambridge, which I share with all members of the air cadets. We send HRH and her family all best wishes for Christmas and hope to see her again in 2020.’ Inside, the card - which had been signed by Kate - simply reads: ‘Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year’.

That was a slightly more jovial image than 2018's card, which was taken in the woods at their Anmer Hall home in Norfolk.

This year's offering from Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, isn't quite as cute - there are no toddlers, to start with - but it's a pleasant portrait of their life as a couple, taken in Scotland:

We’re now starting to think we need to a plan a family Christmas card for next year. We feel slightly left out. Then again, we don't have a trio of adorable royal children to put on ours. Unless you count our cats.
