Brooklyn Beckham, 21, has confirmed he is engaged to his girlfriend, Nicola Peltz, 25.
In an Instagram post on Saturday afternoon, he wrote: 'Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day ❤️ I love you baby xx'
Revealing Brooklyn's sister Harper had taken the picture, Nicola posted: 'you’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you harper for this pic 🥰'
Victoria reposted Brooklyn's picture on her Instagram grid, expressing her happiness.
She wrote: 'The MOST exciting news!! We could not be happier that @brooklynbeckham and @nicolaannepeltz are getting married! Wishing you so much love and a lifetime of happiness 🙏🏻We all love you both so much x @davidbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven 💕'
Nicola responded below: 'i love you so so much victoria i’m the luckiest girl.'
Sources earliertold The Mirrorthat David and Victoria had approved the engagement, saying: 'David and Victoria have very much given this relationship their blessing.'
They added: 'It’s a very exciting time for the whole family and after a few previous rocky relationships, they think Brooklyn has landed on his feet.'
His last relationship was with British model Hana Cross. But after American actress Nicola and Brooklyn were spotted at a skate park in West London last December, they went instagram official with the relationship in January.
Nicola’s father is tycoon Nelson Peltz, whose £1.3 billion. He has 10 children, and Nicola is the youngest of his eight with Claudia, who is his third wife.
In March, Nicola was part of Brooklyn's 21st birthday celebrations, reportedly costing £100,000. Nicole partied alongside Victoria, David and Brooklyn's brothers Romeo and Cruz and sister Harper. Stormzy performed a set to an A List crowd that included Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Geri Horner.
