Bobby Berk On His Wild Night Out With Harry Styles And Kiko Mizuhara In Japan

All the way back in Feburary, a video of Harry Styles and Queer Eye's Bobby Berk on a night out in Japan appeared on the Internet. To the delight of fans, some jumped to the conclusion that it might have been because Styles was set to star in an episode of the show’s upcoming Japan special - but it turns out the truth is very different.

Bobby - who was a guest of honour at last night’s Bafta TV Awards - told Grazia all about his karaoke evening with the former One Direction star, revealing that they actually met up because Bobby is friends with Kiko Mizuhara, the model who Harry was allegedly dating at the beginning of the year.

‘Do you know Kiko Mizuhara? She’s a huge star and model over there [in Japan],’ the interior designer told us. ‘They started following each other, and commented on each other’s Instagram, and once the tabloids picked it up, they were like “Harry and Kiko are dating”! But they had never met each other, and then they started DMing and talking. And he was in Japan, and her and I were hanging out at a friend’s house. And he messages “Hey, what are you guys doing?” And she was like “Hey, we’re just chilling at a friend’s house, like come over”, and then Harry came over and we went out for karaoke.’

But those who are secret One Direction fangirls at heart will be disappointed to discover that Harry didn’t pick What Makes You Beautiful as his karaoke choice. ‘He’s just the sweetest guy,’ Bobby added. ‘We sang Bohemian Rhapsody and many others but I think Bohemian Rhapsody is the one where videos are all over the place!’

Seated in the front row, Bobby was one of the biggest stars at last night’s bash - and before the ceremony, he told Grazia that the Fab Five would ‘love’ to do a Queer Eye special over here in the UK too. ‘We’d love to. I mean Tan is dying to,’ he added.
