Brad Pitt and Alia Shawkat are, reportedly, still continuing to hang out - despite lockdown rules. According to sources, the Oscar winner and the Arrested Development actress live only 10 minutes apart and often 'chill' together in quarantine. 'They’re hanging out plenty,' a source told US Weekly. 'They’re only about 10 minutes away from each other, so Alia will bike or walk to Brad’s place whenever they have time to chill. It’s all very organic and easy.' However, another source added to the publication that they are just friends - and nothing more.
It's not the first time the pair, who clearly have a lot in common, have sent the rumour mill into overdrive - as they have been spotted together in public on numerous occasions since last September. In March, they watched Thundercat live at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. And in November 2019, the pair were seen at Kanye West's opera show at the Hollywood Bowl.
Also that month, the pair were seen attending the Wilding Cran Gallery (pictured below) and they were also spotted at comedian Mike Birbiglia's one man show in Los Angeles, The New One, where they were photographed backstage with Birbiglia after the show. A month before, and they were spotted at Ethan Cohen’s A Play Is A Poem in LA and were allegedly seen leaving the event in the same car.
Shawkat is best known for starring as Maeby Fünke in Arrested Development and Dory Sief in the TBS comedy series Search Party.
