Adele is reportedly engaged to long-term boyfriend 42-year-old Simon Konecki. The pair have been together since 2011 and have a four-year-old son, Angelo, together.
According to the Mirror, a close friend revealed: “They’ve decided it’s the right time to think about making that step. They won’t make a big song and dance about it, that’s not the way either of them are, and you won’t see Adele walking around with a huge diamond on her finger flaunting it.”
Though boyfriend Simon isn’t one to shy away from proclaiming his love for Adele, after literally showering her in affection at her recent Nashville concert. In celebration of their fifth anniversary, her boyfriend swapped the usual white confetti for handwritten love notes each bearing messages such as ‘I love you’ and ‘You are an angel.’ Our hearts.
The pair have also revealed that they will be trying for a second child as soon as possible after Adele told audiences at her world tour: “My son is about to turn four very, very soon. I’m starting to get very emotional about it because I feel like once they turn four, they’re not really your actual baby anymore."
She continued: “So my womb is starting to ache a little bit. It’s like, 'Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby. I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour.'”
