Yet even we were surprised when the singer took the stage on her eight-day stint at London’s O2 Arena to twerk.
After singing Lionel Richie’s All Night Long, the 27-year -old crouched down to take selfies with devoted fans. Yet it wasn’t long before the squat turned into a booty-shake leaving even Adele shocked by her newfound talent.
"Oh my god, I just twerked. I think I just twerked!" she laughed.
She then added: "I can’t do it that well. My whole body has to move. My bum could break my back it’s so enormous."
Yet with the crowd egging her on, Adele continued to twerk Miley-style.
We kinda hope she’ll keep the moves for her headlining debut at Glasto this summer…
