Sophie Habboo might have all her pre-wedding beauty treatments booked in ahead of schedule, but she's well-aware that time is flying by and that the moment she walks down the aisle to husband-to-be Jamie Laing in May is drawing ever closer. 'I want to be really clear focused on the day,' she says to me on a recent call, 'I want to feel like my best self and I'm really making an effort at the moment to be mindful, to exercise and to drink lots of water at the moment.' Sophie is doing dry January to that end and has even partnered with Volvic Touch of Fruit in a bid to spread the word on hydration. 'I've always had a hard time drinking water that lacks any flavour,' she says, 'so drinking the right amount everyday has always been a struggle.' The partnership sees Sophie curate a handful of hydration hacks and recipes with the brand. 'I'm excited for people to recreate the recipes for themselves at home,' she says.

As for exercise, Sophie's preferred activity is Pilates. 'I really love it and I'm seeing a lot of results from it, actually,' she says. Initially Sophie struggled with the slow pace. 'I'm a bit of a cardio junkie so it took me a while to adjust to a more fluid form of exercise,' she explains, 'but I'm there now, I've bitten the bullet.' Sophie tried a couple of Pilates studios on for size before hitting on an at-home version. 'We have a little puppy now,' she says of new addition Bobbie, a golden dachshund, 'so I'm working out a lot more at home out of necessity.' Her class of choice? 'I'm obsessed with Byrony Deery's classes,' she says.

And for her third stress-busting wellness habit? Sophie is a huge fan of baths. 'I love putting on a sheet mask, sinking into a warm bath and using an ice roller on my face,' she says. 'I sit there watching YouTube videos for half an hour, it's a ritual that really helps me calm down and reset.'
