It’s Grazia’s first workout week! And everyone’s invited. We’ve teamed up with the best in the business to bring you a week’s worth of fun-filled workouts guaranteed to deliver the feel-good factor. There are a limited spaces available so see full details below on how to be in with the chance of winning your space below!

Dance Like Beyonce at Danceworks, London.
