Bella Hadid is back. If standing atop of a horse for the latest cover of Vogue Italia wasn't enough to prove it, her plans for 2024 will. Returning from a year-long hiatus from the fashion circuit, in February Hadid revealed she is gearing up to enter the beauty space with her newest business venture – Ôrəbella, launching in May 2024. The full brand line up is yet to be revealed but if Bella's hints are to be believed, Ôrəbella looks set to have a health and wellness focus.

The Palestinian-Dutch-American born model and activist is no stranger to taking wellbeing seriously. She's spoken openly on social media about her personal battles with Lyme disease, chronic illness and mental health.

Writing candidly on an Instagram post in 2021, Bella shared the below sentiment with her 60million followers:

'Social media is not real. For anyone struggling, please remember that. Sometimes all you've gotta hear is that you're not alone. I've had enough breakdowns and burnouts to know this: if you work hard enough on yourself, spending time alone to understand your traumas, triggers, joys, and routine, you will always be able to understand or learn more about your own pain and how to handle it.'

And if you wanted to know how seriously Hadid has worked on curating the right 'routine', look to her latest TikTok.

In the 53 second clip, Hadid unpacks an extensive, carefully considered morning regimen that consists of 10-steps (yes, really). Starting with what seems to be a bespoke concoction of three herbal tinctures, Hadid works her way through supplements, sea moss gel, essential oils, sage burning and arrives at journaling, to name a few. Proving herself to be a true wellness girlie, Hadid captioned the post, 'Mornings with me before we start making things for you cc @Orebella ☁️🤍🫶🏼🪩 #orebella,' signposting that her upcoming line – which seeks to 'Reveal your alchemy' – may well become a haven for those keen to enhance wellbeing. 1. Herbal Tinctures

Hadid sets the foundation of her routine with what appears to be a blend of three different herbal tinctures and a few glugs of ION* Gut + Microbiome, £65.70, which is said to diversify your microbiome, support healthy digestion, and defend against toxins. While we don't know the exact extracts Hadid used, what we do know is herbal tinctures form part of centuries-old wellbeing practices which see concentrated extracts of medicinal plants being ingested to promote better health. These quickly get absorbed by the body and can provide relief from a variety of ailments including symptoms of anxiety, digestive issues and pain relief.

2. Supplements

Next up Hadid necks a handful of pills. Eagle eyed fans have been quick to confirm the number of pills to be 14 in fact, which we presume is a mix of vitamins and supplements. NHS guidelines state, 'Most people do not need to take vitamin supplements and can get all the vitamins and minerals they need by eating a healthy, balanced diet.' However those who are deficient in certain areas are recommended regular supplementation.

3. Green Juice

Not the most surprising in Hadid's line up, but an essential for many wellness fanatics nonetheless. It's been a major trend for a number of years and the focus of TikTok recipes aplenty. Made from an assortment of green vegetables including celery, kale and spinach, alongside small quantities of fruit like apples, lemons, oranges, which made the juice more palatable, green juice is said to improve digestion, weight loss, reduce inflammation, and boost immunity.

4. Sea Moss

Sea moss proved itself to be the breakout wellness star of 2022 and the underwater find's appeal shows no signs of waning. The superfood contains 92 of the 102 minerals and antioxidants that are found in our bodies and is otherwise known as Chondrus crispus – AKA algae or seaweed, which come with a host of benefits including improving digestive function, energy levels and nourishing your skin.

5. Fulvic Acid

Step five sees Hadid reach for a bottle of Mother Earth Labs' Fulvic Detox, $42.10 which contains highly purified fulvic acid with 90% more open and free binding sites to help remove toxins from the body and aid detoxification on a cellular level. According to the brand's website, Hadid's go-to product 'can be used internally for GI (glycaemic index) support or topically to help soothe skin irritations and wound healing.'

6. Minerals

Next up, minerals – something that our cells depend on for proper functioning and structure. They aid the maintenance of a healthy nervous system and help the body to perform functions such as energy production and healing. Unlike vitamins, minerals can't be produced by the body and can only be absorbed through diet. In her video, Hadid uses Allegany Nutrition’s Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals, which harbours 72 naturally occurring minerals from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, USA.

7. A Sip Of Kin Euphorics

It may come as no surprise that Hadid begins her day with a can of Kin Euphorics, the non-alcoholic drinks and spirits brand she co-founded with her business partner, Jen Batchelor. Loaded with vitamin C, saffron, turmeric and adaptogens, like schisandra, the conscious beverages are intended to protect the liver and nervous system, while supporting the immune system and reduce inflammation. Not a bad way to start the day.

8. Essential Oils

As beauty reporters, this is where Hadid TikTok gets interesting. The video captures an array of essential oils sprawled across a coffee table, including peppermint and cinnamon leaf. As she applies an identified assortment to her wrists and neck, she tents her fingers like an evil genius at work – working away at a line of essential oil-infused fragrances perhaps? One can certainly speculate. Essential oils, after all, are known to have a host of benefits like regulating mood, improve sleep, aid anxiety and reduce inflammation, to name a few.

9. Sage Smudging

This ancient Native American practice has been used for generations and involves burning sage and other dried plants for spiritual and medicinal benefits. Now that the culturally significant tradition has entered the wellness world, many have come to rely on it worldwide as a holistic healer which cleanses the spirit and brings bodily energy into balance.

10. Journaling

Hadid ends by journaling, a mindfulness staple that has amassed over 1.2 million views on TikTok and for good reason. It's a habit many experts have come to agree on as being a simple and powerful activity in the journey to self-improvement.
