Hyram's impact is real: when he posts, people listen. In one of his latest reviews on the best cleansers of 2021, Hyram gives high praise to a certain cleansing balm (and it's only £18).

I've used this many times, and it's a great cleansing balm experience. The thing with cleansing balms is that they do tend to be a little more expensive, because they are a little bit more of a luxury product. This one is really well priced. Most importantly, it properly removes sunscreen and make-up, as well as emulsifying when you add water. If you're a first time cleansing balm user, I'd definitely recommend trying this one."
